ALREADY

Already there’s no one separate to get rid of itself or to believe that it’s a somebody OR a nobody or that it’s a doer OR not a doer.

There’s just This. And thinking that you know what this is, or thinking that it’s all a total mystery and that you are completely clueless, and that it’s all undivided “blah-bitty-blah-blah,” that there’s not two, is this already.

Thinking that it’s all one, none, everything or nothing is simply, always and effortless this already. As is thinking or feeling like you’re getting somewhere. All is this includes all feelings/thoughts of going/doing as much as not going/not doing.

Feeling like you need a landing place, something to hold on to, something to cling to, or feeling like everything is simply “happening” in freefall without a separate doer, without a you and a me, is just this already.

Words or no words.
