Michael & Nkosi: “Whatever’s happening is IT… already” 12-15-21 Nonduality

“All is This leaves nothing out… because there’s only This. So whatever’s happening, is This as that.”

“All expressions are This… that’s the beauty.”

“Those thoughts don’t belong to anyone… they only have meaning when they’re ‘yours’.”

-Michael

“What seems to be happening is just happening… but it’s happening for no one.”

“A desire that arises doesn’t belong to anyone.”

“The one asking the question is This, is Wholeness… so the one asking the question is already the answer.”

-Nkosi

“Exactly what’s appearing right now is the Miracle, is the unspeakable…” New MJ Nonduality blog

Everything is the Miracle cuz the Miracle doesn’t go anywhere, doesn’t move.

So exactly whatever’s appearing right now, however it’s appearing, is the unspeakable…

Michael Jeffreys “There is no there. This is it. This is always it.” 3-10-21, Nonduality meeting

“This moment is whole and complete, as it is. Nothing’s lacking until I say it is. And that’s what seeking is. Seeking is saying this moment is lacking. I need a better moment. I need a moment that’s not insufficient.

But everything’s allowed. So even the seeking… if there’s a sense of a me there, no problem. It’s just what’s happening. See, the belief that you’re not there yet is just a belief. There is no there. This is it. This is always it.”

“Me is a synonym for separation. So to say there is a me who has a life is saying there’s something separate from life.”

“Seeking is a constant rejection of the the only thing that is.”

“How do you know that sense of separation is you?”

-Michael
