There’s no “one” inside the body to “have” “cling to” or “get rid of” a thought… already. Thoughts are natural and appear and disappear spontaneously… for no one.
No one has ever “had a life”… cuz there’s never been any separation… even a feeling of separation is not proof of separation… it’s just a feeling… arising in This… Wholeness.

p.s. If you don’t go to a thought.. there’s nothing saying anything’s happening…
Check it: the couch isn’t saying anything is happening, the wall isn’t saying anything is happening, your arm isn’t saying anything is happening, your car isn’t saying anything is happening, the air isn’t saying anything is happening, your nose isn’t saying anything is happening… 🙂
