There is no “you” experiencing “this moment.” You AND the moment are two things; that’s duality. When we speak of nonduality, we are speaking of “not two,” or “one without a second,” as I heard Sailor Bob Adamson say on one of his youtube videos.

 

The very seeing of this moment through the “me” filter creates an artificial limitation/energetic contraction where there actually isn’t one! ALL is life, so nothing can be separate from it.

 

So there is no need to purify the “me” or make it disappear or merge with the infinite or anything like this, because there’s no separation in the first place. There’s nothing to fix and no one to fix it. There’s just THIS, however it’s spontaneously showing up… for no one.

 

What can be individual if there is no separation?
